SOIL CHARACTERISTICS
partially clay core, heavy, partially deep with a strong amount of silt.

TRAINING SYSTEM
Double inverted – density 3.300 strains/Ha

HARVEST
by hand - first week in September.

VINIFICATION
destemming, pressing at a low temperature of 6-7 °C and cold maceration for 18 hours, soft pressing, temperature controlled fermentation at 16 °C for 10 days.

MATURATION
in steel tanks for 4/5 months then bottled.

RESIDUAL SUGAR
15 gr/l

COLOR
pale straw yellow.

AROMA
light, fruity but warm.

TASTE
dry, a hint of almond, slighty fruity, full and harmonious.

GASTRONOMIC MATCHES
from the beginning to the end meal wine especially with appetizers, soups, vegetable creams, poultry and fish dishes.
