10/12 days of maceration at temperatures no lower than 25 °C.

MATURATION
another 7 months in cement tanks, bottled then put to rest for 4 months before marketing.

AROMA
characteristic scent of wine.

TASTE
smooth, full, slightly sweet and herbaceous even in its fragance.

GASTRONOMIC MATCHES
traditionally a full meal wine, if aged best with specific typical venetian dishes and in general all first courses and meat based second courses.
