50% cryomaceration of pressed grapes for 18 hours a 6 °C, 50% pressing whole grapes.

Charmat method with at least 45 days of foaming.

fine and persistent.

COLOR
brilliant straw-yellow.

AROMA
a pleasant note of white acacia flowers, with a hint of fruit – mainly pear, and apple not yet ripe.

TASTE
dry, intensely fruity and harmoniously combined with a white florarl bouquet, enjoyable and persistent. Dry on the palate with a strong invitation to further tasting.

GASTRONOMIC MATCHES
from the beginning to the end of a meal with fish or chicken, risotto, soups, salami and ham. Excellent as an aperitif.
